Holds investments in 10+ other firms including next.io and TalentBet and as an LP for other funds.
Mr. Rutherford enjoys long-standing experience as Public and Private Company Chairman, CEO, Independent Non-Executive including Senior Board representative on all requisite governance committees. As well as having worked extensively in the UK, he has served on Boards in Africa (North and South), Asia, the Baltics, Canada, Europe, Middle East, USA, and Scandinavia. His relevant experience includes asset management, biosciences, edtech, private equity and specialty finance. He has also been active in leisure, professional services, real estate, retail, and timber products.
With over a decade of experience in the iGaming industry, Mark Taffler is a results-driven commercial leader known for scaling businesses, forging strategic partnerships, and unlocking revenue growth. His deep expertise spans roles at major players like NetEnt and Yolo Group, where he honed his ability to navigate the fast-evolving digital entertainment landscape.
Earlier in his career, Mark’s versatility shone through roles at Samsung and Chelsea Football Club, where he developed a sharp understanding of brand strategy, customer engagement, and high-stakes negotiation—skills he later translated into the iGaming sector.
A standout achievement includes leading Hub88’s aggregation platform to 300% growth, leveraging his keen eye for monetisation opportunities and collaborative approach to partner integration. Known for his relaxed yet strategic leadership style, Mark thrives on building high-trust relationships that drive commercial success.
When not optimising iGaming ecosystems, he’s an avid sports fan and mentor, passionate about fostering talent in the tech and gaming space.
Megan is the Group Director of Operations for Lunicorn. With a career spanning 20+ years in iGaming, FinTech and Banking, Megan has enabled start-ups and existing businesses bring innovation to life through strategic leadership, product excellence and driving a culture of continuous improvement in both B2B and B2C businesses globally.
Megan is an international keynote speaker at iGaming and FinTech conferences and a regular contributor on panels and podcasts about the principles of performance management and motivating teams and individuals to deliver their best.
